Your generous gift will help a Senior athlete in High School prepare for their Freshman Year in College, first year in Trade School or launch their business (for High School Seniors on the pathway to Entrepreneurship) and will continue honoring Jeremiah's life & legacy!

Red Mountain H.S., Mesa Az & St. Paul H.S., Whittier Ca student athletes Class of 2025
- Must be a Senior, athlete (any sport, any gender).
- Must model exceptional Character qualities.
- Must provide 3 character references: Personal, School Teacher, Community; work, volunteerism, after school engagement.
- Must submit an essay: who you are, what your future plans are, what impact you've had on others.
- Must not be a recipient of other scholarship awards at time of applying.
- Must have a financial need (will be verified).
